My friend and I were craving a seafood boil and wanted to try out Red Crab. I was nervous that I would instantly become deaf after reading the reviews but the music was at a very appropriate volume with a great playlist. The margaritas were great (flowers were such a cute touch) and the seafood boil was everything I wanted and more. I got the crab legs and shrimp extra hot with the sauce that combines all of them. I finished the entire meal - which I never do.

So what it is a chain restaurant; what it has is plenty of music robots to bring your food out ; props ; speciality drinks. Don't expect gourmet just edible decent food and you'll like it. Nice staff great way to celebrate a special occasion if you love seafood.

I've been here several times, bar and table, even a party of 11 bougie demanding females for a Gemini Bday and never had a problem. My faves are the lemon pepper wings and salmon and pasta with broccoli. Shellfish allergy so I'm limited. My kids love the boils. Gratuity with large parties is a given. I've been places that charge 20z% gratuity with a party of 1. Keep up the good work.

For a place in the mall. This place exceeds your expectations! Kareem was an amazing waiter who knew exactly how to guide you in the right direction of your order. We have been craving a seafood boil and thought we had to go to the city for it. I'm so happy we found this place so close to home for amazing seafood and experience. The place is clean and they have all the proper utensils you'll need

I stopped in for a late lunch and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. Despite it being quiet, they had a Robot serving the food, which seemed like a smart move for efficiency during busier times. As for the food, the New England clam chowder was good, and the lobster bisque, though more like a lobster chowder with corn and potatoes, was surprisingly tasty and different. The shrimp Po Boy also hit the spot. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would return to sample more items from their menu.

Great service, cool vibe, food was decent. We only had appetizers and few beers. Everything was reasonably priced. The atmosphere is lively (almost club like) We enjoyed ourselves and are glad we stopped in.

Went to the Red Crab in the Palisades Center on a busy Saturday evening during the holiday season and had a good dinner. We had 1lb of King Crab Legs along with the Thursday special (1/2 lb Shrimp, 1lb Snow Crab) and enjoyed both along with a side of Onion Rings and Garlic Noodles. Great flavor and it was a fun (but messy!) experience getting through the crab legs. Our server Jasmin was friendly and helped guide us through the menu. She was assisted by a robot that brought the food. As other reviewers have mentioned, it is very loud in the restaurant with a live dj. Not sure if this is necessary. Other than that it was a great experience.
